Agreement to Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Grace App, concerning your access to and use of the Grace mobile application and related services. By accessing the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Intellectual Property

The App, including all content and marks, is our proprietary property protected by copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited license to access and use the app for personal, non-commercial use.

User Representations

By using the App, you represent that you are of legal age, will provide accurate information, and will not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from data mining, uploading malicious code, impersonating others, or any activity that interferes with the App's functionality or violates applicable laws.

Your Data

Journal entries, prayers, and reflections you create in Grace remain your personal data. We store this data on your device and do not claim ownership of your personal reflections.

Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to all actions we take with respect to your information consistent with our Privacy Policy.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account without prior notice for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

AI Companion

Grace includes an AI-powered companion that allows you to exchange text-based messages. This is an automated system and does not provide medical, clinical, or emergency services. You acknowledge:

  • Responses are generated automatically and may not be accurate or appropriate for all situations
  • The feature is for general spiritual support only
  • You are responsible for decisions based on any responses
  • Do not use this feature if you are in crisis — call 988
